They finally switched up the formula in a meaningful way yeah. The only game that actually really incentivises Pokedex completion and makes it fun, Pokemon maul you, first real open worldish experience with mounts.

Fucking idiot, think for five seconds that the reason LZA is 2025 and not 2024 is because they're adjusting to maximize sales for both Gen 10 and maximize the likelihood of people buying the next platform FOR Pokemon.
