I would make him pure dragon since the other types are a byproduct of the division. Dragon/steel could work, though. Peculiar move has the same secondary effect as triattack

Going by lore it would still be Dragon/Ice but with an ability that does something like Solid Rock, Tinted Lens, Adaptability, Refrigerate, and the "whichever attacking stat does more damage" Necrozma Z-move/Tera Blast mechanic for every move in one. They could add all 4 Ruinmon effects in a battle with Zekrom/Reshiram for even more lore accuracy.

None of that is true. Dex entries and lore state it's stronger than Zekrom and Reshiram but its ice powers went out of control resulting in it losing that power while needing to freeze itself or fuse with one of them to genetically stabilize. Going back in time to before the ice power leaked out wouldn't remove the ice type entirely.

And nigger Kyurem in that form didnt exist at all "back in time". Cant you connect your 2 brain cells? If zekrom and reshiram have fire and electric as byproducts so does kyurem. To be specific, Kyurem represent a dead reactor, and since it's off it freezes.
