>>55815317Why do you care? If you watched the ashnime, you'd know that literally the only prominent main character who actually fits as a "USA Afroamerican" is Iris. (actually Unovan, lives in a multiracial society, has to manage combining education/career and a lot of other stuff simultaneously). If Game Freak was really pandering to "Blacks", then all of those characters would have to be specifically from Unova and have elaborate backstories like Iris.
But this is not the case
