Probably Cinderace is the most likely even considered that Blaziken already got a megaevolution, Charizard as well and was already a Kalos starter, Cyndaquil was already a started of Legends, Infernape would share the same gen with Empoleon, Delphox is already a Kalos starter, and Fuecoco is a starter of this generation already. The remaining ones are Scorbunny and Litten, and Incineroar doesn't really fit unless they change him vastly, football is big in France, but still Cinderace doesnt fit either in 1800 France, a bunny fits more tho. Do you know a sport that was particularly popular in 1800 France that can fit either Incineroar or Cinderace?
It is also true that Cinderace and Incineroar already have exclusivities (z-move, gigamax), so it's possible that the starters will only get a regional variant.
However even if the starters are non-Kalosian, I think the Kalos starters will get megaevolutions anyway. I'm really curious to see how they'll turn out, this is the first time a power-up comes back and 3 generations later, so I really want to see how the new style influences the new megaevolutions
