In fact nobody knows what megastones are to this day. Gamefreak actually loves putting less dialogue, and as much as I understand them and appreciate the way they tell stories, I want it to be less of a mystery and more straightforward, at least the pokemon lore itself because then theres many other things like references and inspirations that might as well remain untold.
So what you're asking is absurd. Besides pokemon games already dont last all that much and gen 7 barely has side quests. Youre just a terrible gamer
