How is it that Typhlosion got more spotlight in 10 seconds from the makers of Digimon, than from nearly 30 years from all of TPC combined?.

Less popular Pokemon seem to have gotten more attention in this in general like how you get to rescue a frozen Aurorus by interacting with a few Jynx.

I'm guessing either Bandai Namco didn't get Game Freak's memo that certain Pokemon were intentionally made to be crapped on and not allowed to have nice things, or they did get the memo but told Game Freak to suck it.
