Home will not, but there are ways to tell its been modified at that point. I dont remember the exact values, but some things will not line up.

Good news is it's extremely unlikely to be officially flagged, just that someone looking deeper could catch what you did.

Just for clarification, the Pokemon I'm editing are from Pokemon Bank (Gen 7), so they'll already have a HOME tracker number. Is height/weight stored in the HOME tracker number?

If they already have a Home tracker aka have been in Home at least once then yes they will get flagged.
You can even have a completely legit Shedinja from SS or BDSP flagged if you aren’t careful

No, HOME only keeps track of said pokemon once they're dump into their servers and get an added tracker on the pokemon. You can clone any mons in Gen 1-7 games and there won't be any issues, as long it doesn't have any illegal moves/abilities

I've had my steelix since gen 4 and always imagined it being this big bruiser and terrifying monster.

I transferred it to PLA when home first connected and it had this quirk where any pokemon from a DS or GBA game were automatically set to the minimum size. Game freak cucked my boy and I should be allowed to change it.
