Sigh..... Johto is obviously just a mirror of Japan.
But Ho-Oh and Lugia are based off a 1500 year old ruins.
The ruins of Alph itself exists in Asuka prefecture(region?) of Japan.
Gold and Silver reference is to a constellation in a tomb.
The asuka region is told to be the foundation of Japan.
The 5 kimono girls are actually based off of Buddhists part of a clan that was instrumental in the foundation of Japan.
That's why in the game it mentions a "clan" created Pokémon as this clan created Japan.
There is alot of meat. I thought some of you Fulkerson wouldn't have seen this by now

Cool. Doesn't change the fact every Pokemon product released after Red and Green was made as a soulless cashgrab to capitalize on a near-bankrupt company's last ditch effort to stay afloat, and it especially doesn't change the fact GS were actively influenced by the merchandise and anime to a point where most of its designs were made to make it as easy as possible for them to produce merch or animate the new Pokemon, while those who were too complex were either exclusive to movie budgets or simply never appeared until the shift to digital animation.
