Once upon a time, it had a niche for trapping choice users and scoring free set up turns for its teammates. It got powercrept hard though and fucked by new meta changes. It's ability went to better things and got nerfed so now it's useless against ghosts, team preview made it a lot more predictable, etc.

I forgot it was even a gen 2 mon, I thought it was a hoenn mon like skarmory and lanturn. I guess wynaut is a gen 3 mon, that must be what I was thinking of.
