The concepts are cool, but the designs are a bit lacking. As far as first stages go, I think the grass one is pretty successful. The Fire one looks a little generic and not very starter-y. The water one's not bad, but could maybe use a bigger head to stay in line with Pokemon design conventions. As for their evolutions. The fire line looks a bit generic and samey between forms. And the water one is just a carbon copy of delphox. Keep workshopping them, I'm sure they can be great.

I can give you constructive criticism that will help you progress and choose your starters. I've seen your other posts but don't wanna go back and find them so can you post every starter design you've made for the region and I'll just tell you what to go with instead of constantly changing them.

David, please.......Find something and stick with it for god's sake. Hell, include 2 or 3 sets of starters in your whole dex if necessary. Just find which 3 you want and stick with them.

you're clearly having some confusion with what you want your starters to be. why don't you just put them on the backburner for a little while and work on some other things? you don't have to work on the game in order. come back around to the starters when you have some inspiration instead of constantly changing them.
