Fakemon

No.55857851 View ViewReplyOriginalReport
I made this fakemon with a cool concept but idk about the design.
I think it's oversdesigned slop, inspired by the designs of Corsola and Graveler, a bit of Glastrier on the paws and maybe some unconscious influence like Mega Gengar en Gigalith.

It is based on Fulgurites and has the Rock/Electric typing.
I finally found something that makes sense in real life when it comes to this typing (Alolan Golem would make sense if it wasn't for the fact that it's based on a type of metal instead of a rock).

Anyway, its stats are:
HP: 90
Atk: 100
Def: 50
Sp. Atk: 90
Sp. Atk 90
Spe: 90

Its name is Fulgoron, the fossilized pokémon.
Its name comes from the word «Fulgor» which means «Dazzling», and «Goron», the name of the rock creatures from Zelda (although their names comes from the japanese word «Gorogoro», which I think is an onomatopoeia for rocks falling and also lightining strikes).

Abilities:
-Lightning Rod.
-Sand Stacking (new ability, it increases the attack and defense when receiving a Ground type attack. Ground type immunity).
-Weak Armor (HA)

Signature move:
-Electric Dry: 50BP. (Ground types become Rock type after being hit by this attack. Ignores Ground immunity).

Suggested moves:
-Meteor Beam.
-Thunder
-Stone Edge
-Supercell Slam
-Horn Leech
-Dazzling Gleam
-Scorch Sands

It evolves from another pokemon, but I haven't come to a conclusion on how does it look. All I'm thinking is that its pre-evolution is Ground/Water and either evolves by a Thunder Stone or by some convoluted process like leveling up after being hit by an electric attack somehow; methods like this started being more present since SWSH for some reason (Alcremie, Kingambit, Sirfetchd, Maushold, etc)
