Not what I expected, but I can respect it. Usually people give more... physical reasons.
That being said, would he really be that easy to bully? I somehow doubt it. He may look round and cute, but he's damn huge and strong, too.

Huh, never seen a buff Lugia before. It's kinda weird, but I don't hate it. Though, I feel like a more musclegut body type would suit him better. Y'know, preserve the belly. It's just as important of a feature as his big wing-hands, or his long neck... the latter of which that piece is also lacking.
