The only bitcrushing in that is from shitty image compression. There is some jankiness from lack of antialiasing since the DS didn't do that, and the way sprites scale in a 3D scene, which you might be calling bitcrushing.

Gen 2 had an excuse to suck, Game Freak was too stupid to know how new generations worked so just shoved KANTOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO everywhere. Gen 6 sucks because it undid all the innovation Unova did even though BW was made the way it was to avoid being hated like HGSS.

So... I don't know what to tell you, but that name isn't actually blocked.
I think only the name standalone actually IS blocked.
To be honest I didn't even realize Black and White had the filter, that's a bit silly. It makes sense though, the GTS exists.
