>Cobblemon v1.5, The Ruins and Revival Update, has released for Minecraft 1.20.1!
https://youtu.be/qUKABOyNocM
>1.5 has a focus on ancient things. You can find Pokémon fossils at the new ancient fossil structures by brushing suspicious sand and suspicious gravel. A Resurrection Machine can be crafted to bring those fossils back to life. You can find Tumblestones at the new ruins structures, and these can be grown and used to make the ancient Poké Balls of Pokémon Legends: Arceus. There is a Pokémon themed armour trim, pottery sherds, and Gimmighouls. These structures are the first released works from our build team, not counting the tutorial world. They've built so many amazing things ahead of time and it's a relief to start integrating them into the mod.
>There are now particle and sound effects that play during battle. We've also started adding very specific animations for attacks. The system is there for us to begin adding crazy cool attack particles. You're going to be seeing a lot more of those in the next update as the particle experts are already hard at work.
>99 more Pokémon have been added, many of them fan favourites like Flygon, Aggron, Tyranitar, Hydreigon, and Volcarona. That's not counting the Hisuian and Alolan forms we've added. Heaps and heaps more Pokémon now have cries.
>Very many existing Pokémon have had their models remade and improved, and dozens have received fuller animations.
>Poké Balls now come with unique particle effects, and you can now see the Poké Balls you used for a Pokémon when sending it out. Sending out Pokémon is now more reliable and works harder to send Pokémon out where they won't suffocate in a wall. Upgrades, people.

Apparently the next update will be smaller and come sooner.
