>>55878855Azumarill learns every relevant HM and Huge Power is great, Pelipper is useful against most gyms, Electrode can setup light screen and weather to enable shitmons like Seaking and spam electric stabs + explosion in a region that's mostly weak to them, Wobbuffet is good if you don't mind spamming heals and counters, Plusle can abuse fake tears and encore I guess, Whiscash is a poor man's swampert but swampert is arguably the best pokemon in the game so that's not saying much, and it learns earthquake extremely early, which is nice.
