All of those solutions can trade with other gen 5 games, whether they're legit, pirated or reproduction/counterfeit cartridges. All of them can transfer Pokemon from a legit gen 4 cartridge in another DS the same as a legit one can. For transferring up to Bank on a 3DS you use PokeTransporter the same as with a legit cartridge, but use the DreamRadarCartRedirect patch to make it look for a .sav file on the SD instead of a cartridge in the game card slot. (And as the name suggests, it can also be used to transfer Pokemon and items acquired in Dream Radar to your game.)
