Yeah since all third legendaries are devils, it is very likely that in such instance, the third legendary would be a demonic dingo dog. Besides it seems they may have shown the equivalent to the great crater in gen x.
In the case of Italy or China I can't really tell.
In the case they change and expand the formula I thought a spider could be possible as it can represent multi-dimensionality, in case they really expand the exploration in that way by letting you visit multiple "regions" or worlds at once, with his multiple legs similarly to how Eternatus represents the bigger screen of Switch/TV and Terapagos represents the world, the big boundless openworld.
