if you want something with a squishy body, look at the mocchiri-chi plush series, or get something with a polyurethane foam filling
if you want something with a cushy outer material, look at the comfy friends/fuwafuwa daki series
i won't recommend specifics because you should be the one to pick out a pokemon you like

Here is another picture, it is stock. This plushie is now impossible to get. }Last time I saw it being sold it was for like 200 usd.
It is an import from china.
The main aspect of it is having it's tail sewed to the base of his body, I thought this was awful at first, but seeing this thread, I realize it is done that way so you can cuddle it better, without the tail giving you trouble.

But I'll also add: any plushies that are within an attainable price range? (I'm a poorfag; I won't be dropping anything over a 100 or so dollars for the most part lol.)

Even something unofficial/bootleg from aliexpress would fare fine for me.

Are you in america? you must simply refresh non stop (hopefully you can evade the bans) in pokemon center. That's your only hope, my dude. I got my meganium from a second hand reseller as well, which got it from the japanese pokecenter. That's clearly out of your price range.
