No. GameFreak is done with the gemstone and precious metal names for new games. That was Gen 2, 3 and 4.

He's talking about an old rom hack of "telefang" for gbc that changes the title to "pokemon diamond" and was translated like shit and crashed constantly. I had no idea what the fuck this rom actually was back then but yeah.
