Jasmine’s weird because her GSC art made her look like almost like a preteen but in the anime she was always as tall as the adult characters. And the HGSS art makes her look older, with her hips being more pronounced. So Jasmine likely is a young adult, just flat. It’s not even like she’s the flattest adult woman in the series seeing as Rika exists.
