These are from the past right? I wonder what Gamefreak used this for. I think by the times Charizard, Ray, Lucario Chand and Greninja were already pandered pokemon. So these results dont really tell anything.
Maybe Lilligant and Bisharp generated their new forms. The worst thing i can think of is Eiscue 27# because thats one of the least inspired pokemon. Then of course instead of Lilligant there'd be many more mons that deserve a top spot in gen 5 like cobalion, terrakion, the genies. They got love anyway though so
