Zekrom has its own advantage compared to Miraidon that are actually more noticable on VGC. Such as Mold Breaker actually being useful for Lightning Rod, or Hadron Engine failing if the opponent has any other Terrain setter.
The issue is why would you use Zekrom when you can use Koraidon, Rayquaza, Necrozma, Groudon, Calyrex, Zacian, Zamazenta, or any other physical attacking Restricted?
The idea of Zekrom is set up physical sweeper which is outclassed by other physical set up sweepers by a lot.
