always thought that when the AirWing got shot down by the Halberd, the AirWing hit Rayquaza midflight and both crashed to the lake, would explain Rayquaza waking up pissed and attacking the AirWing and anyone near it

It was shitty platforming where all the characters had their run speed nerfed. Characters with shit air physics and bad recovery felt awful to play the platform sections with.

I was pretty pissed Ultimate didn't bring back this boss fight. It had so few bosses as it is, they may as well have brought back all the Brawl bosses sans Ridley.

yeah, if they were going to add them to classic mode the least they could have done was add a bigger number, especially when the ultimate version of the hands is painfully unfun
I remember complaining about this back around launch and some clown started sperging at me and calling me entitled for wishing the game had at least the same amount of bosses as its 10 year old predecessor

The bosses were the best part of the story mode in unltimate. They really should have given us boss rush mode as free dlc with rayquaza and tabuu returning. Make Rayquaza mega evolve as as a second phase
