why the hell is smogon allowed to stay infringing copyright fully and beyond by having an instant pokemon simulator site online, but forgettable hackroms and youtube music videos get banned instead... Isn't that suspicious even?
Smogon never got banned as for I know. And it's funny because, among the other things, they use the music too lol.
