Visually they stick out from the rest being bright neon colors and floating above the ground while the golems were literally and figuratively grounded in design. Thematically the point of the golems were to be waking incarnations of solid matter. They are meant to be the building blocks of the world and represent strength and durability. Neither Leki nor Drago fit into this, Dragon energy is not a thing and electricity is defined by being unstable. Which brings me to gameplay. The golems are meant to be walls, enduring blows. Leki was built instead to a super fast nuke, and dragon built to be a slow nuke. Their abilities are also tacked on made just to give them more firepower.

Its like claiming you can build a castle out of nothing but liquid water because if you have it resting in a cup it technically has a shape. The entire definition of a solid is that it retains a rigid shape without outside forces. Also that isn't actually how nuclear reactors work they are glorified steam engines.
