>>55956647>Who said anything about “need”?Stop with thjs gay handwaving shit. You type like a fag.
This semantic shit of yours is pathetic.
Evidently GF felt the "need" since they did it in the first place. You're the one who said it "makes sense" to redesign them, so it would be nice if you could follow the convo.
Protip: the Socratic Method doesn't not dig your way out of a losing argument if you cannot already see a fault in your opponent's line of thinking. If you don't have that, you end up a whiny bitch that's just begging the question.>Ok, now you’re just completely lying just to pretend you have a pointt. Midwit without an argument saving face.
I'll bite. You're stating "it makes the most sense to give them an updated design," but your reasoning why don't actually make sense, especially since hindsight showed how pointless it was in terms of the gimmick. The gimmick was never built to last, it was built to make Gen 1 Pokemon relevant to the new games, instead of the games being confident enough in their own roster.
>Pretty sad, desu.Newfag gets filtered.
>So…like megas? Can you go out and catch a Mega Kangaskhan you dumb underage? No, you can't. Megas exist only as an additional layer to existing designs, instead of as an alternative in gameplay. Slyveon is not better every other Eeveelution, but almost every mega is strictly better than its base (exceptions are purely accidental).
>It’s not additional dev time you dumbfuck.>>Adding multiple Megas is not additional work>Why would you give a feature where the whole point is sparkly new updated designs to designs that are ALREADY newYou're talking about games released several generations after formes were introduced.
>They already did this by giving Megas to popular well established Pokemon. Thanks for supporting my point.
>They already have more identity. There were 72 new Pokemon in Gen 6. That is the lowest of any gen.
>Marketing has nothing to do with the games
