It attempts in vain to recontextualize the merit of Gen II / Johto / GSC in ways and lines of thought that's almost certainly unconvincing for anyone that's really stewed in its flaws.
Unless you have a great way of summarizing what he said, he's basically done the same shit johtoddlers on here do, just in a nicer and generally more intelligible delivery: that what we say Johto's problems are, aren't actually problems, and that you just need to turn your brain off, embrace the suck, and enjoy it for what it is.
Again, perhaps that's a misconstrual of his arguments, in which case by all means properly restate them. But I was not at any point struck by a gem of understanding that exceeded the rational powers I've already encountered here over the years. It felt like a waste of my time, and was ultimately confusing---rambling, even.
