However in the latter scenario it would mean Groudon moving last which would mean it can easily pick up the KO on the weakened Kyogre. If Groudon instead wins the coinflip and moves before Kyogre it would put him in the position of having to target either fug or Kyogre, in which case he is always going to target Kyogre as it will be already weakened and more of a threat as even with choice band fug cannot OHKO Groudon with Dragon Ascent but Kyogre can with origin pulse. So basically in game mechanics it comes down to if items are allowed and who wins the 90 speed coin flip, but Kyogre always loses.
