Initially, I thought he was a recurring villain in Masters or GO, or a character from the manga.
At least Rinto appeared in a couple of episodes, if I recall right. Could've been used more, too. When Rika was leaked, for a moment I thought it was him, what a shame she is not.
>>55970579I like ORAS Tabitha, his design and personality are funny enough, but damn, I hate how GF decided to make both male admins underwhelming as fanservice-bait, especially when compared to their female counterparts (I prefer RSE Shelly, but it's clear that ORAS Shelly was designed in the hopes of being a fanservice hit as well, being kind of an opposite waifu trope to Courtney).
