As for less horny head canons: we already know he's watches stuff like kaiju/spy movies, so I'd extend that to him being a fan of anime and fiction in general. "What are you, the protagonist of this story?" implies some level of genre-savvy to me. I think one dialogue with Crispin mentions they watch shows together as well. I think it's cute.
