Only the babies and about 5 regular mons are “shit” and even counting Unown in that feels like cheating since it’s such outliers. everything other Gen 2 is at the reasonable strength level for in game use/ PvP at the times the games were made. Gen2 just gets left behind in powercreep because they don’t get constant shilling and buffs like Gen 1 pokemon do.
It would have been more sense to say Gen2 Pokemon are rare as fuck for no reason.
