I played in English and in German (my native language). The only instance there's arguably a mistranslation is in the base game. Japanese has no plurals so it wasn't clear in the dialog with the AI professor, but it becomes clear that it's meant as plural in the DLC epilogue with the professor at the lake. It was probably left ambiguous on purpose. People keep spouting headcanons about how the Japanese word for "timeline" is referring to a singular, but the Japanese language doesn't have plural and singular forms for words. What people love to ignore is that even in Japanese it says DIFFERENT timeline, which clearly implies there's more than one.
Anyway, lets look at the English dialogue again.
