Not to mention that the Nature Preserve was explicitly stated to be outside Unova while Blueberry is referred to as part of Unova. And it being a, you know, nature preserve, as opposed to a completely artificial environment in a dome under the sea. At best you could headcanon that Blueberry modelled that part of the Terrarium on the Nature Preserve and that maybe other parts are modelled on other natural environments.
