Carkol needs to have a split evolution where he becomes some kind of snake-like coal monster with train elements (wheels, funnel, cowcatcher). Maybe give him a couple water type moves as well, to further emphasise the steam aspect (scald, hydro steam). They had a golden opportunity and they squandered it. We can only hope that he’ll get a cool train themed split evolution someday.
