Incredibly based. If you want to use one you should ALWAYS breed to get Night Slash on it. Equipping it with the Razor Claw will make it so that Night Slash crits nearly 50% of the time, and it benefits from STAB and the Sniper boost as well. There are plenty of mons from Drapion's egg group who can pass on Night Slash to an offspring, like Heracross, Kricketune, Yanmega, etc. Thing's a beast.
