What always ultimately helps me when I've slipped into deep depression is a daily walk, even if just a half hour of casual strolling around the area I'm in. Both the fresh air and the moving around seem to help. The hard part is always finding the motivation to do it though.

Weed can help some too, but I have to have it late in the day or I'll be sitting on my ass the rest of the day.

Opening the windows and riding a stationary bike can work too if you don't want to go outside. Or go at night if you don't want to see people, at least if you're in a reasonably safe location. Or take up hiking. Depending where you hike the only living things you might see are critters.

I do also have my parents and siblings in my life, but that's largely something outside of my control.

I'm pushing 30 but when I was OP's age, my Income was half what it is now and I was living in the box room in my parents' house. When I was 20, I was an unemployed uni dropout with no experience of anything.
