I want an alternative metagame with NO RANDOMNESS. All moves are 100% accurate. No secondary effects from moves. No crits unless the Pokemon has 100% crits.
Only real randomness is speed ties. But it can be made less random by going through a list of checks like "Pokemon who was sent out first wins the speed tie" and "Ditto transformed loses the speed tie".
