Autogynephilia does not have to include bottom surgery. It can, but it's not necessary. But since mtf bottom surgery also almost always comes with a (temporary) loss of libido, a lot of AGP men keep their dick because they are addicted to gooning with it.
That being said, there's also a bunch of actual transwomen who don't get bottom surgery, which is fine. That's their decision, there's reasonable arguments for that. That part does not define who is AGP and who is trans. In fact I think genitals define very little about what a persons gender is.
The world isn't as black and white as you claim. Everything has nuance. I've interacted with many people and made my experiences and base my opinions on that. You calling me a retard over and over again without provocation is not gonna change that.
