Here's the evil team for the game, Team X. Designed after villains from various 90s anime and tokusatsu shows (particularly the Shocker combatmen from Kamen Rider), their motivations are to terrorize the people of the Tahoma region and take over the region, and then the world.
Cliche, I know, I just wanted a more grounded plot akin to Team Rocket and Team Skull and not have legendaries be involved.
