All Pokémon and all burst mechanics in the game but, cups have unique rulesets that restrict you. Every Mythical and Legendary has a cup that when beaten on some higher than base difficulty unlocks a Dungeon you can catch the eponymous Pokémon.

One cup per post we create all the cups. If you don't say which burst mechanics are allowed it will be assumed none are.
