The design is inherently anthropomorphic and could be viewed as pandering.
Sidenote but I always found it odd that they made two Pokemon based on Yuki Onna in the same generation when Froslass pulled off the reference infinitely better with eerie lore to match, making Glaceon look redundant.
With how horrendous it is in battle to never be considered in VGC, porn and relation to Eevee are the only things keeping this thing relevant and I despise it for that.
I don’t like throwing around the term “overrated” but it 100% applies to shilled garbage like Glaceon
