Why wasn't she in PLA instead of Origin Formes they did for Dialga and Palkia? Would you have preferred Dialkia?

Because it never existed. Dialga and Palkia were misinterpreted as one being that controls both time and space, just as the diamond and pearl clans believed there was only one “Almighty Sinnoh”.
