Hisui feels very empty and it's a legitimate criticism, but it also feels much more wild than Paldea and the Monster Hunter style expeditions support this feeling for me. Paldea is a populated, modern region but just feels empty in terms of actual content but also soul. The only memorable area to me is Area Zero. I don't know the name of a single town or city in Paldea because there's nothing to do in them, and getting rid of interiors makes them feel like a Potemkin Village
