hey I haven't played pokemon since I was a small child but started playing scarlet on an emulator and it's pretty fun. how the fuck do I catch high level pokemon my pokeballs always fail against level 45+ ones despite having beaten like 5 gyms. is there some special thing I need to do beside bringing them to low health
