Hey guys. Gamefreak's development has been really slow. ZA was meant to be on the direct, but they are really far behind. Probably will delay to early 2026. So here's what I know. Doubt if you want, it's going to be proven right:

Game is going to be 30 FPS. Shitty optimization is why this game is being delayed.
Unova remakes were going to be made, but it was apparently even worse than BDSP was technicality wise. It's why there has been no Unova remakes announced: it got scrapped.
The team you are working for is researching mega evolution so they can use infinity energy to power the city. Zygarde and AZ both want to stop that, so the player joins them down the line.
Some of the megas escape into the city. These are the replacements for alphas, including new ones (Golurk is one)
Colress comes back. He is sent back in time to research a strange untapped "mega": it's Kyurem meant to tie into the Unova remakes, although I'm unsure it's still going to be in the game.
There's a Mewtwo post game story. It ties into Hoopa and its ability to ability to grab Pokemon from other dimensions.
Diancie event unlocked from Scarlet/Violet save, Hoopa from Legends Arceus, Volcanion from SwSh.
There is a tutor in the game who is implied to teach Dragon Ascent, but Rayquaza is not in the game yet. Likely DLC.
Starters are Snivy, Piplup, Scorbunny.
There is going to be a new Tapu.
New regional forms (Gligar, Stunky are some)
Slaking is in ZA. Truant is still coded in.

Only one leak for Pokemon Trading Card Game Pocket: Gamefreak has been working closely to monetize the game. They are apparently getting ideas from Tencent for their trading card packs.
