Why did it take them so long go provide band aid solutions like the party wide exp share?
What are better fixes? Can you add them into existing games?

Party wide exp share was around in gen 1. It was called EXP All. Was a key item that was on all the time if it was in your bag. It was optional to get and optional to keep in the bag.

Bill should just invent a biological 3D printer that you can access after becoming champion.

in an rpg, the player's time and patience is an invisible resource to manage. the process of grinding is turning that intangible resource into something tangible, usually experience or money. a lot of pokemon fans have forgotten this because they've either taped down their speed up key or they're autistic nolifers.

I played Black recently on an emulator with a cheat called "exp share." It gave all pokemon full exp for every battle. Just doing the absolute bare minimum my whole team was in the 90s by the end.

grinding isn't something that needs to be 'fixed', I like grinding and I want to grind. pokemon used to be a game for autists like me. if you don't like to grind, maybe you should have played a different series.
