fuck my life. Pretty sure a kid stole it and I'll never get it back

Should I buy another copy? The prices are insane, especially with the Pokewalker which is also missing. I don't even feel like replaying it, I'm just so pissed it's missing.

Any tips on securing a legit copy for a reasonable price?
