I like Flannery. I like that she has a full team of fire pokemon which is my favourite type and she uses only gen 3 fire pokemon. She's the first non gen 1 gym leader to only use pokemon from her generation. Both Camerupt, Torkoal and Magcargo are excellent pokemon with good designs. And Flannery herself is hot.
