>>56101742Xerneas does not absorb life energy from Pokémon, it produces it and offers it to living beings. Only Yveltal absorbs this energy.
But that doesn't change the fact that, indeed, AZ probably used one of them 3000 years ago.
The only immediate counter-possibility could be how Zygarde may have been used or the role he played. Except that it is erased from the story, due to lack of game
In itself, it is often "history repeats itself" or we presumably see what could have happened in the past, because a similar phenomenon is taking place in the present before our eyes.
Some examples :
-Groudon and Kyogre who show the extent of their power which threatens the balance of the world, then end up fighting in Emerald, Rayquaza stopping them.
-Eternatus who wakes up, triggers "Darkness Day" and is stopped by the two wolves accompanied by two chosen ones.
-Terapagos who shows his powers to the lakes, and which coincides with Heath's dream impression, which explains impossible encounters that he could not prove, because was no longer there.
-Necrozma who is on his second attempt to try to steal the light of Alola, he is parasitizing a legendary (having given him the name of Pillager of Light).
-Second use of the Supreme Weapon by a character with a large build. Probably with Xerneas or Yveltal because even though Zygarde is cell based, I see him more defending and preventing that, than being a source of life energy. Or are you using Zygarde to exert control over Xerneas AND Yveltal? Seeing as it is the order.
-Legends Pokemon Arceus, the events that take place resemble that of a character who had the mounts and bosses as companions. Although there are some differences about it.
-Arceus in the Sinjoh ruins which shows for no apparent reason that he is indeed the creator of dragons (which factually proves the myths). The same goes for Dialga/Palkia who almost destroyed the Universe in DP, it shows that their powers regarding the creation of a Universe is factual.
