Mega Banette could have been a regular evo but alas.
a bunch of others I would just buff but not give an evo, like Grumpig, Delcatty, Tropius and some others. there's no reason they have to be stuck with the same shitty stats they had in 2001, don't be afraid to give old mons a boost. but gamefreak treats them like they're sacred and have to stay static forever.
